Attorney Paula Finch, has practiced corporate and transactional law for over 18 years in both a law firm setting and as in-house counsel. She specializes in stock and asset transactions with privately held companies as well as serving as outsourced General Counsel to many companies, large and small. She has extensive hands-on experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and related transactional documents, business entity formation, financing, and commercial contracting and compliance.
As a member of the Phelco team, Michelle has provided graphic layout and design support for projects that require REVIT or CAD expertise. The quality of her work is impeccable, and when faced with a challenge, she takes it head on with the support of her team. When working on drawings, she often implements strategic tactics to allow others to edit facets of the design. She has also engaged in projects on a large scale such as stadiums and airports by employing her design and REVIT/CAD experience.
