Thank you for attending the 2008 Bellies & Babies Expo. We particularly appreciate that you stopped by the Ladybug Publishing booth and entered the drawing for our giveaway. Congratulations to Annie Smith, who had the winning entry! Established in 2003, Ladybug Publishing is not the typical publisher. Ladybug encourages and helps authors and artists to achieve their goals by getting their projects completed. Ladybug Publishing also offers assistance with editing, book layout, cover design, and website development. In the booth, you may have noticed that our President & CEO, Tasha Phelps, has written a cookbook entitled “Dinners and Desserts.” The book is not only filled with great recipes, but also contains inspiring quotes. Ms. Phelps has designated 20% of the profit from the book to charity, and states, “I felt the need to give back to organizations that are in place to help the community, so I wrote the book as a means of doing just that.” The cookbook is primarily sold in conjunction with charitable events. During the Bellies & Babies Expo, the proceeds were earmarked for the March of Dimes.
